"Staff was friendly and helpful. Got in late at night and they came and got me in the shuttle. Breakfast was gone too quickly and I missed out on the eggs. But other than that it was clean and I slept well. Beds were very nice. Again a great thanks to the staff!"

Thank you! "An absolute fantastic hotel. Very courteous staff, fantastic and clean rooms. They have a computer near the main lobby with internet access that comes in handy if you need it. Hotel has a courtesy van that operates in (I believe) a three mile radius. Hotel is in a great neighborhood, though it was a little hard to find coming from BWI. Highly recommended."

"Thanks to the staff, the front desk, the shuttle airport team, the management and service team. The hotel was always clean. Everyone was very helpful, polite and always willing to be of service whatever the questions or needs were. Your staff brought me fresh towels when I had left the do not disturb sign out. I had an HVAC not cooling enough and it was fixed the very same day. The shuttle crew was always on time and polite when I needed them to pick me up at the airport when I used the MD mass transit system. The morning breakfast was great - always fresh, clean environment, and met my needs. Thank you for everything and I will definitely keep you in mind when I come back to Baltimore. "
